Hello, my name is Mrs. Sheila Byrd and I will be your teacher for eighth grade English. I am delighted to have you in my class and look forward to helping you develop a love for reading and enthusiasm for writing. The year will be challenging, but we will have fun as we explore, analyze, and write about various genres of books.
