Hello, my name is Carol Phillips and I am the Math Inclusion teacher at the junior high.  My husband and I are life long residents of Madisonville and graduated from here as well.  I attended Sam Houston State University and Texas A&M University and graduated from TAMU.  We have 3 children that have also attended MCISD.  The older 2 have graduated high school and our oldest daughter, Paige,  has graduated from college.  Our son, Ben is a Junior at Sam Houston State University.  Audree, our youngest daughter, is a sophomore at Madisonville High School.  Education is a vital part of our family life and we are thankful to be a part of such a strong district for many years.  I enjoyed substituting for 10 years in our district prior to starting full time last year.  I find it extremely rewarding to see our students grow and mature into successful young adults.
